Through conversation, we create an individualized sleep plan that takes into consideration your vision, respects your parenting style and is tailored to your child's unique needs. While implementing sleep changes, I offer daily support to ensure your confidence in the process and successful outcome.  


My sleep “toolbox” is filled with a variety of approaches that allow us to individualize your child’s sleep plan. I use a variety of methods suitable for children of all ages (ranging from 3-months-old to 7-years-old), all temperaments and a variety of family preferences.
